So yummy & made with the good stuff!
Step 1: Combine 1 can frosting, 16 oz peanut butter in glass bowl.
Step 2: Do not stir,
Step 3: Microwave 1 min.
Step 4: Stir until blended. Pour into pan.
Step 5: Swirl with your favorite Mrs. Ruth's Jams.
Step 6: Refrigerate to cool, cut & serve.
Step 7: Enjoy!
1 refrigerated dough pie crust
3 tablespoons almond butter (may use more to taste)
1/3 cup Mrs. Ruth’s Very Berry Jam
1/4 cup chocolate chips (or may use white chocolate chips)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 1: Unroll pie crust on to parchment paper. If thinner crust is desired, roll dough with rolling pin.
Step 2: Use cookie/biscuit cutter to cut even-number round crusts (leftover dough may be combined and rolled again). Suggest 2 1/2” or 3” diameter cutter. Place rounds on parchment paper on cookie sheet.
Step 3: Place 1 teaspoon (or more to taste) of Big Spoon Roasters almond butter on 1/2 of the rounds
Step 4: Spoon 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Ruth’s Balsamic Strawberry jam on top of the almond butter
Step 5: Place 3-4 chocolate chips on top of the jam & almond butter
Step 6: Cover with dough round & press with fingers or fork to seal edges. Slightly prick top of round with fork.
Step 7: Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 min until golden brown (check periodically as oven temps may vary)
Step 8: Enjoy while warm and gooey! Yummy!
